Anorak Niobium® Groin Protector I

The “Niobium® Groin Protector I” multi-threat soft armor accessory provides extended protection to the groin area and attaches to the bottom of the vest using a hook-and-loop fastening system.

The “Niobium® SPM.3A,1.2304” is a multi-threat soft armor hybrid panel, made by combining UHMWPE and UD Aramid materials, which offers protection against both firearms as well as knives and sharp weapons. The combination of UHMWPE and UD Aramid results in a flexible and lightweight panel with extremely low penetration values against all NIJ 0115.00 STD knives and sharp weapons. At the same time, the panel delivers a very low Back Face Signature against 9x19mm FMJ and .44 Magnum SJHP REMINGTON calibers, tested according to NIJ 0101.04 STD.

The “Niobium® Groin Protector I” is made of high-strength CORDURA® fabric, and its hook-and-loop closures meet the requirements of MIL SPEC F AA-55126B.

The “Niobium® Groin Protector I” is compatible with all “Niobium® Duty” and “Niobium® Tactical” vests.
