You can pay with the following payment methods:

When paying with a payment card, the amount is reserved on your account when the order is completed. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped. No higher amount than you have approved can ever be charged.

When paying by bank transfer, you are not covered by the dispute resolution scheme.

Delivery is made to the address you specify when ordering. In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. All items are shipped together if possible.

We use GLS and FedEx. All shipping prices are displayed at checkout. Delivery is made in Denmark, excluding non-bridge islands (also specified at checkout).

Damage to the Package Upon Receipt

If the package is visibly damaged, it is recommended that you either refuse receipt or open it together with the carrier. If you accept the package, please contact us no later than 2 days after receipt and attach pictures of:

• Outer packaging
• Inner packaging
• The item
• Label and damages to the package

Your right to complain is not affected by whether you accept the package or not.

This does not limit your rights under the Sale of Goods Act or the Product Liability Act.

You have a 100-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period runs from the day you or another person (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the item. If the order consists of multiple parts, the period runs from the receipt of the last part.

How to Withdraw

You withdraw by clearly notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This can be done via email to info@elite-armor.dk or by using the withdrawal form at the bottom of the terms.

Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing, the item must be returned no later than 14 days after. You pay for the return shipping and bear the responsibility for the item during transport.

Partial Withdrawal

You can return part of an order. In the case of partial withdrawal, the original shipping cost is not refunded. In the case of full withdrawal, we refund the shipping cost corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You may handle the item to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. If the item is tested or used beyond this, a depreciation may occur, which will be deducted from the refund. Original packaging is recommended — lack of packaging may result in depreciation.

Refund

When you withdraw, we will refund the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until the item has been received back or you have sent documentation for the return. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase.

We do not accept return packages without delivery or sent by cash on delivery. Returns can be made in the physical store/showroom.

A 24-month complaint period is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. The complaint must be justified and not due to improper use, misuse, or damages occurring after delivery.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Complaints made within 2 months are always considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Items must be sent securely packaged and preferably with a description of the defect.

We only collect and process the information necessary to deliver your goods and manage your customer relationship. This includes name, address, phone number, and email. The information is stored for five years in accordance with accounting legislation.

We only share data with trusted data processors who process information on our behalf. Data processors are located in the EU/EEA or in countries with an adequate level of protection. We do not disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You can at any time have your personal data corrected or deleted in accordance with applicable law. The data controller is Elite-Armor ApS. See our full privacy policy here.

You will only receive newsletters if you have actively given consent. The newsletter can always be unsubscribed via the link in emails or by contacting us.
