We normally dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Here you will find everything about delivery times, shipping options and tracking.
Dispatch and delivery times
We strive to dispatch all orders quickly and securely. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon are normally dispatched the same day — orders placed after 12:00 noon or at weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas and Black Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery times as these depend on the carrier.
Shipping methods
We use GLS and FedEx as our shipping partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery to all destinations. The choice of carrier depends on the weight, size and destination of your order.
- GLS — delivery to home addresses and GLS parcel shops. You choose your preferred pickup location at checkout.
- FedEx — delivery to home and business addresses. Used primarily for international shipments and larger orders.
You will automatically receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing:
- A tracking link to the carrier's website
- Your tracking number
- An estimated delivery date
Tip: Save your order confirmation and tracking email so you always have access to your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days, please contact us.
