Shipping and Delivery Time
We strive to ship all orders quickly and securely. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day — orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas and Black Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this depends on the shipping company.
Free Shipping per Brand
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout via GLS and FedEx based on weight and destination. Free shipping is automatically applied per brand when your purchase from that brand exceeds the limit below.

Note: Free shipping is calculated separately per brand. If you have items from multiple brands in your cart, the limit applies independently for each brand. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed in the cart.
Delivery Methods
We use GLS and FedEx as shipping partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery to all destinations. The choice of shipping company depends on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
- GLS — delivery to private addresses and GLS parcel shops in Denmark. You choose the pickup location at checkout.
- FedEx — delivery to private and business addresses. Primarily used for international shipments and larger orders.
You will automatically receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is packed and shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking link to the shipping company's website
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
Tip: Keep your order confirmation and tracking email so you always have access to your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days, please contact us.
