Shipping and Delivery Time
We strive to ship all orders quickly and securely. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day — orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Shipping costs & offers
Shipping rates and availability are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your cart and the selected delivery method.
Note: Any applicable free-shipping offer is calculated per brand and shown in your cart before payment.
Delivery Methods
We use GLS and FedEx as shipping partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery to all destinations. The choice of shipping company depends on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
- GLS — delivery to private addresses and parcel shops where available. Eligible pickup options are shown at checkout.
- FedEx — delivery to private and business addresses. Primarily used for international shipments and larger orders.
You will automatically receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is packed and shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking link to the shipping company's website
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
