Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods at www.elite-armor.com. Mandatory rules under applicable consumer protection legislation always take precedence.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa / Visa Electron
  • Mastercard / Mastercard Debit
  • EAN
  • Bank Transfer
  • Gift Card
No card fees: Elite-Armor ApS does not charge card fees for any payment method.

When paying by card, the amount is reserved on your account when the order is placed. The amount is only charged when the goods have been dispatched. An amount higher than what you have approved can never be charged.

When paying by bank transfer, you are not covered by the chargeback scheme.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide at the time of ordering. Items in stock are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. All items are shipped together where possible.

We use GLS and FedEx. All shipping costs are shown at checkout. We ship to multiple countries worldwide.

Damage to parcel upon receipt

If the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend that you either refuse delivery or open it in the presence of the carrier. If you accept the parcel, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and attach photos of:

  • Outer packaging
  • Inner packaging
  • The item
  • Label and damage to the parcel

Your right to make a complaint is not affected by whether you accept the parcel or not.

Liability for use of ballistic and stab-resistant products

Important: Elite-Armor ApS is not liable for damages arising from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product.

This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection or product liability legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 100-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period runs from the day you or another person (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. If the order consists of several items, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to withdraw

You withdraw by clearly notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This can be done by email to info@elite-armor.com or by using the withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms.

Once you have notified us, the goods must be returned within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and bear the risk for the goods during transit.

Partial withdrawal

You may return part of an order. In the case of partial withdrawal, the original delivery cost will not be refunded. In the case of full withdrawal, we will refund the delivery cost equivalent to the cheapest standard delivery option.

Condition of goods upon return

You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. If the goods are tested or used beyond this, a reduction in value may occur which will be deducted from the refund. Original packaging is recommended — missing packaging may result in a reduction in value.

Refund

Upon withdrawal, we will refund the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may, however, withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

We do not accept parcels sent without delivery notification or cash on delivery. Returns may also be made in person at our physical store/showroom.

Complaints

We provide a 24-month right to complain in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The complaint must be justified and must not be due to improper use, misuse or damage occurring after delivery.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. A complaint made within 2 months is always considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs. Goods must be sent in secure packaging, preferably with a description of the fault.

Please note: We do not accept parcels sent without delivery notification or cash on delivery. Both B2C and B2B customers are subject to the same complaints rules.

Privacy Policy

We collect and process only the information necessary to deliver your goods and manage your customer relationship. This includes name, address, phone number and email. Data is retained for five years in accordance with accounting legislation.

We only share data with trusted data processors acting on our behalf. Processors are located in the EU/EEA or in countries with an adequate level of protection. We do not pass your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may at any time request correction or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable law. The data controller is Elite-Armor ApS. See our full privacy policy here.

You will only receive newsletters if you have actively given your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in emails or by contacting us.

Dispute Resolution

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at info@elite-armor.com. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may submit a complaint to your local consumer protection authority or via the EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform:
