These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.elite-armor.com
The mandatory rules of consumer law always take precedence.

Payment

You can pay with the following payment methods:

Visa / Visa-Dankort
Visa Electron
Mastercard / Mastercard Debit
MobilePay
EAN
Bank transfer
Gift card

When paying by bank transfer, you are not covered by the chargeback scheme.

When paying by credit card, the amount is reserved on your account when the order is completed. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped. An amount higher than you approved can never be charged.

Elite-Armor ApS does not charge card fees.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout.

Stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. All items are shipped together if possible. Shipping companies may in some cases redirect the package to another parcel shop due to capacity issues.

We use GLS, DHL, UPS, PostNord, among others.
All shipping prices are shown at checkout. Delivery takes place in Denmark, excluding non-bridge-connected islands (also stated at checkout).

Damages to the package upon receipt

If the package is visibly damaged, it is recommended that you either refuse acceptance or open it together with the carrier.
If you receive the package, please contact us no later than 2 days after receipt via our complaint form and attach pictures of:

outer packaging
inner packaging
the item
label and package damages

Your right to complain is not affected by whether you accept the package or not.

Liability when using bulletproof and stab-proof products

Elite-Armor ApS is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect use, failure to follow the instructions for use, or use contrary to the product's purpose.
This does not limit your rights under the Sale of Goods Act or the Product Liability Act.

Right of withdrawal

You have 100 days right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period runs from the day you or another person (except the carrier) takes physical possession of the item. If the order consists of multiple parts, the period runs from the receipt of the last part.

How to withdraw

You withdraw by clearly informing us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This can be done via email to info@elite-armor.com info@elite-armor.dk or by using the withdrawal form at the bottom of the terms.

Once you have informed us that you withdraw, the item must be returned no later than 14 days after.

You pay for the return shipping yourself and bear the risk for the item during transport.

Partial withdrawal

You can return part of an order.
In case of partial withdrawal, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

In case of full withdrawal, we refund the delivery cost corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You may handle the item to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. If the item is tested or used beyond this, depreciation may occur, which will be deducted from the refund.

Original packaging is recommended. Missing packaging may result in depreciation.

Refund

When you withdraw, we will refund the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
However, we may withhold the refund until the item is received back or you have sent documentation of the return.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase.

We do not accept return packages without delivery or sent cash on delivery.
Returns can be made in a physical store/showroom.

Complaint

A 24-month complaint period is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
The complaint must be justified and not due to incorrect use, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Complaints within 2 months are always considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Goods must be sent securely packaged and preferably with a description of the defect. Please use our support form.

We do not accept packages without delivery or sent cash on delivery.

Both B2C and B2B customers are covered by the same complaint rules with us.

Privacy Policy

We only collect and process the information necessary to deliver your goods and manage your customer relationship. This includes name, address, phone number, and email.

The information is stored for five years due to accounting legislation.

We only share data with trusted data processors who process information on our behalf. Data processors are located in the EU/EEA or in countries with an adequate level of protection.

We do not disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You can at any time have your personal data corrected or deleted in accordance with applicable law.

The data controller is Elite-Armor ApS.

Marketing

You only receive newsletters if you have actively given consent.
The newsletter can always be unsubscribed via the link in emails or by contacting us.
