Where do I send the package?
Elite-Armor ApS, Glasmagervej 38C, 4684 Holmegaard, Denmark. The package must be sent directly — not to a parcel shop or parcel locker.
Can I send the package to a parcel shop?
No. Return packages must be sent directly to our address. Packages sent to parcel shops, parcel lockers or collection points will not be accepted and will automatically be returned to the sender.
Do I pay for the return shipping myself?
Yes. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the entire return shipment. Elite Armor does not provide return labels.
Should I use tracked shipping?
We strongly recommend it. Keep the tracking number and receipt until the return has been fully processed and the amount refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received and inspected.
Which items cannot be returned?
The right of return does not apply to custom-made items, items produced to the customer's specifications, products with a broken seal, or items with clear signs of use that significantly reduce resale value.
What if the item is damaged on delivery?
Contact us immediately at info@elite-armor.com with photos of the damage. For approved warranty claims, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. As a consumer, you have a 24-month statutory right of complaint under applicable consumer protection law.

100-day return policy
You have 100 days to return an item from the date you or a person of your choice — but not the carrier — receives the goods. If the order is delivered in multiple packages, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
Condition of the item
You may examine the item in the same way as you would normally do in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, we may make a deduction for diminished value. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
Partial return
If you have purchased multiple items in the same order, you may return one or more items. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs for the original delivery will not be refunded.
Warranty claims
As a consumer, you have a 24-month statutory right of complaint under applicable consumer protection law. The complaint must be justified and does not cover defects caused by improper use, neglect or normal wear and tear. Always contact us before returning an item and describe the defect in as much detail as possible.
