Return and Refund

A. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement without reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If the item consists of multiple batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you take physical possession of the last batch or the last part.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform Elite-Armor ApS of their decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unambiguous statement (e.g., by letter or email). The notice can be given by info@elite-armor.com or by using the standard cancellation form which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

The withdrawal period is met if the buyer sends their notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The buyer cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving us clear notice of this. Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

Withdrawal of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in a single order. 

Note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase. 

Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you only get the shipping costs refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

B. Consequences of withdrawal

If the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal in this agreement, Elite-Armor ApS will refund all payments received from the buyer without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which Elite-Armor ApS has received notification of the buyer's decision to withdraw from this agreement. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

Elite-Armor ApS will carry out such a refund using the same payment card that the buyer used for the original transaction, unless the buyer has expressly agreed to something else. In any case, the buyer will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

The buyer must return the goods without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the buyer has informed Elite-Armor ApS of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the buyer returns the goods before the expiration of the 14 days. The return must be made to our warehouse in Denmark

Elite-Armor ApS may withhold the refund until Elite-Armor ApS has received the goods back, unless you send us documentation for having returned it.

The buyer must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the goods.

  The buyer is liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

C. The buyer cannot invoke the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Custom-made products.

Warranty

The rules of the Sale of Goods Act regarding defects may apply to the purchase of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must complain within a 'reasonable time' after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please describe the problem as detailed as possible. 

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery.

Privacy Policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We carry out the registration and disclosure of your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.

Personal data is registered with Elite-Armor ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. 

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. 

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.  

Elite-Armor ApS processes information about the buyer with the purpose of offering products in the field of car accessories. The processing consists of customer administration and marketing.

If Elite-Armor ApS becomes aware that information about the buyer is incorrect or misleading, Elite-Armor ApS is entitled to correct or delete the information so that the processing can take place on a correct basis.

The data controller at Elite-Armor.dk is Elite-Armor ApS.

Your information is not shared or sold to third parties.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. Marketing

The buyer receives newsletters when the buyer has checked the box "yes please" during a purchase at checkout or filled out a registration form. The newsletter contains competitions, news, inspiration, and good offers. It is sent via email. The buyer's information is not shared. The buyer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

In both of the above situations, the buyer can opt out via the link in the email or by contacting Elite-Armor ApS.

Complaint access

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you should contact (insert email address for relevant person/entity in the webshop). If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via The Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

To be able to complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
