Specifikationer
The designers at M-Tac have developed the completely innovative military-tactical belt Tiger Belt Cobra Buckle, which is designed for easy attachment and transport of equipment on the belt. This model allows for the placement of a holster, pockets, first aid kit, or other MOLLE-compatible equipment. The belt is ideal for military personnel, police officers, shooters, and anyone familiar with modern tactical gear.
The Tiger Belt Cobra Buckle consists of an inner and outer belt with the option for size adjustment. The outer belt is made of a rigid frame in high-tech Tegris thermoplastic composite using Laser Cut technology and lined with Cordura 500D. The revolutionary material Tegris from Milliken® (USA) has a lower weight than traditional thermoplastic composites but can simultaneously withstand high loads.
The inner belt is made of Cordura 500D with Velcro and an oval-shaped metal frame for size adjustment and securing. Thanks to its rigid construction, a properly adjusted belt will not slip during active physical activities or in combat conditions. The MOLLE interface allows for the attachment of necessary equipment to the belt. The modern Cobra 25mm buckle from the Austrian manufacturer AustriAlpin can withstand even the most extreme loads. A quality belt will maintain its flawless appearance for a long time without wear marks, folds, or other damage.
The AustriAlpin Cobra buckle is a high-strength functional and very reliable buckle with a patented AustriAlpin COBRA™ lock. The COBRA system is protected against accidental release under load and is used in high-quality mountaineering and military equipment. All buckles are Mil Spec tested and certified for exposure to sand, dust, and seawater and comply with CE, EN, CSA, ANSI, and NFPA standards. The unique design of the lock ensures a high degree of reliability, safety, and durability. All COBRA buckles are made of high-strength aluminum alloy class 7075. Components are made of solid brass and stainless steel.
The camouflage "MULTICAM" was developed by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center, known as U.S. Army Natick Labs. The development of the MULTICAM pattern took over eight years of expeditions, scientific research, data analysis, and practical field tests. It was designed as a universal camouflage solution for the U.S. Army. The need for a new camouflage became evident after Operation Desert Storm in Iraq, where the existing Woodland and Tri-Color Desert patterns did not provide sufficient concealment. Even with the introduction of universal digital camouflage during operations in Afghanistan and Iraq, the situation did not improve significantly. It became clear that there was a need for a single universal pattern that allowed soldiers to blend into any terrain at any distance.
The MULTICAM pattern works by exploiting the limitations of human vision and the structure of the eye. At long distances, camouflage consists of large, blurred patches, while small, rounded elements are used up close, especially against backgrounds of vegetation. The developers found that dominant backgrounds around the world share similar shades of green and brown. An important discovery was that black, which is often used in camouflage patterns, actually does not exist in nature. By integrating their findings and conducting computer simulations of over a thousand images, they succeeded in creating the MULTICAM pattern.
Near Infrared (NIR) technology is used by the U.S. Department of Defense to minimize the detection of NIR electro-optical sensors. NIR uniforms are made from a special fabric that helps soldiers maintain a temperature similar to the surroundings, making them harder to detect. Additionally, NIR technology reduces light reflection, making the uniforms less visible in low light.
