Materials and Durability
The belt is made from Cordura 500D, a durable and strong material that resists abrasion and high loads. Cordura is renowned for its longevity and is widely used in military and tactical gear where reliability and long service life are essential.
Unique Features
COBRA buckle from AustriAlpin – manufactured from high-strength 7075 aluminium with brass and stainless steel components. The buckle is Mil-Spec tested and CE-, EN-, CSA-, ANSI- and NFPA-certified.
Tegris® thermoplastic insert plates from Milliken® – lighter than traditional materials while still capable of withstanding impacts and protecting against small fragments.
Adjustable sizing via internal straps and a dedicated pocket.
Padded mesh on the inner side for ventilation and reduced pressure during long operations.
An anatomical design ensures the belt stays in place during movement and in combat conditions.
Modular Design
The belt features a MOLLE interface for easy attachment of pouches and gear. It can also be equipped with:
Class 1 or Class 2 ballistic packs (sold separately) for protection against impacts and fragments.
Four buckles for attaching shoulder straps (not included), allowing the belt to be used as a complete load-bearing system.
