EA ARCH helmet is constructed with Twaron® aramid fiber from Teijin — one of the world's strongest ballistic materials. The fibers absorb and disperse the projectile's kinetic energy over a wide area, preventing penetration and minimizing back face deformation (BFD).

The helmet is certified to NIJ standard 0106.01 and tested against the most common handgun threats, including .44 Magnum and .357 SIG.
