If you would like to return an item or use your warranty rights, please follow these simple steps:

Return

If you would like to return an item, please do the following:

1. Send an email to:
   Write to info@elite-armor.com with:

   • Your order number.
   • A brief message explaining why you want to return the item.

2. Packaging:
   Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging, if possible.

3. Wait for return information:
   Once we have received your email, we will send you the return address and further instructions.
    

Complaint

If you have received an item with faults or damages, please do the following:

1. Send an email to:
   Write to info@elite-armor.com with:

   • Your order number.
   • A detailed description of the fault.

2. Attach pictures:
   To expedite the process, please attach clear pictures showing the problem.

3. Wait for a response:
   Once we have received your email and assessed the case, we will contact you with the next steps.
